Q: How do I place an order online?
A: Click on the merchandise category you wish to shop and you will see a listing of all items in this category. You may scroll down to view all items.
You may purchase from this screen by selecting the size and color (if applicable) and entering the quantity and clicking “Add To Cart”. You may view a larger image by clicking on the picture of the item. You may also purchase from this screen by selecting the size and color (if applicable) and entering the quantity and clicking “Add To Cart”.
As you continue to shop The “Order Summary” section will display a running total of all merchandise added to your shopping cart. By clicking on the shopping cart icon you are able to review your order. “Your Shopping Cart” screen allows you to update the quantity, color and size of an item. To update the quantity you can put your cursor in the quantity field and enter a new number or you may click on the addition, subtraction or remove buttons located under the “Update” column. Click on “Update” to process and changes.
To empty your cart, click on the red “x” button under the remove column until each item in your cart has been removed.
You may continue shopping or checkout. Once you are ready to finalize your order, click checkout.
Registered customers may sign in. If you are a new customer, click “Continue”. You may choose to register during checkout but you are not required to register on the site to place an order.
Please complete the required billing information and click "Continue".
Review the order summary, billing and shipping address/information. Select the desired shipping option and review your order total. Select the desired payment type, enter any required information and click "Submit Order" To finalize your purchase
An order confirmation will appear that says “Thank You For Your Order.” You may print this page for your records. If you do not receive this page, we probably did not receive your order.
All orders online are secure.
If you are mailing or faxing in your order with payment, a printable order form will appear. After you print the order form, please fill in the payment method and mail in your order with a personal check or money order or fax your order with the credit card information.

Q: Can I mail a check or send payment after I receive my order?
A: No, we must receive your check or payment before your order can be processed and shipped.

Q: Do I need to mail in my gift certificate?
A: If you place your order online you will not need to mail in your certificate as this can be redeemed during checkout and applied to your order immediatley. However, if you choose to mail in your order, you will need to mail in your certificate so we can apply it to your order. Q: When will my order ship?
A: If all merchandise is in stock, your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days via UPS Ground. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Occasionally, due to high demand, we are unable to fill orders from inventory. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, Our Spirit Shop will contact you. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. Backorders will ship within 2-3 weeks. For order inquiries please contact Our Spirit Shop at 1-888-462-3759.

Q: How do I know if items I ordered are in stock and available for shipment?
A: Once you have placed your order online you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Occasionally, due to high demand, we are unable to fill orders from inventory. If an item is not in stock the status will be listed as “Backordered” on the e-mail. If your order includes an item(s) on backorder your order will ship in full within 2 to 3 weeks. Q: How can I receive FREE SHIPPING?
A: Your order is eligible to receive free shipping if you choose to ship your order to the Maine East High School Athletic Department. During checkout you must enter the Maine East High School's address on the Shipping Information field: 2601 West Dempster St., Park Ridge, IL, 60068. You will then be able to select "Free Shipping" as a shipping option on the "Payment Option" Screen. All orders eligible for free shipping must be placed by 12:00 noon EST each Tuesday and if the item(s) are in stock (indicated on your order confirmation e-mail) your order will be ready for pick up during regular school hours on Friday in the Athletic Department (holidays excluded).

If you choose the Free Shipping option and one or more item you ordered are "backordered" and not in stock (indicated on your order confirmation e-mail), your entire order will not be available for the current weeks free shipment as your entire order will ship in full when all items are available for shipment. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. If your confirmation e-mail is sent on a Tuesday, your order will be ready for pick-up that following Friday at the Maine East High School Athletic Department (holidays excluded).

Q: Can I expedite my shipping if I need the merchandise faster?
A: Yes, you may indicate your expedited request during the checkout process by selecting the expedited shipping method. You may also call Our Spirit Shop at 1-888-462-3759 with your order ID number and we will be happy to assist you with your request.

Q. Can you provide me with a tracking number for my order?
A. Yes, when your order ships you will receive a shipment notification via e-mail with your tracking number. If you have any questions regarding the tracking information for your order, please contact Our Spirit Shop at 1-888-462-3759.

Q: Can I ship to multiple addresses?
A: Please complete a separate order for each shipping address.

Q: What is the return policy?
A: Our Spirit Shop wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it unused within 30 days for replacement or refund. The original shipping and handling is non-refundable. Q: Can a gift message be enclosed with my order?

Q: What if I redeem only part of my gift certificate?
A: The unredeemed portion of your gift certificate will be held on account for future redemptions.

Q: What if my gift certificate does not cover the full balance of my order?
A: If you are placing your order online, you will be able to select a second payment method to pay by credit card for the remaining balance. If you are mailing in your gift certificate you can include a credit card number for the balance or you can send a check or money order for the balance.
